Cancellation Policy
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. If you neglect to cancel your appointment for a pre-scheduled service or treatment within 24 hours, a payment of 25% of the value of your service (up to a maximum of $100) will be applied. If there are urgent extenuating circumstances beyond your control that you can document in writing to our management team, a waiving of this fee will be considered.
